  • Please note that Larumba's official working days are from Sunday to Thursday. Friday, Saturday, and public holidays are off for all Larumba employees and shipping companies.
  • Our primary mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and therefore we have made the shipping and delivery process easier for you because your comfort is our priority.
  • Laromba delivers your orders via the company's fleet and may use other delivery companies or individuals during peak times to ensure your service and deliver your orders at a time that suits you.
  • Laromba's delivery policy is to deliver within 7 to 10 working days depending on your geographical area, with the option to choose the delivery time that suits you at any time.
  • For urgent requests, please contact customer service and we will do our best to assist you.
  • You will be asked to sign the order copy to confirm receipt of the products as shown in the order image. The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order, and the signature of anyone present at that address will be considered as your receipt of the order.
  • If we arrive at the registered address and no one is present at that address, please contact customer service to schedule another delivery time.
  • Please note that if you are not present at the agreed delivery time twice, an additional delivery fee will be charged thereafter.

    Shipping costs

    Shipping costs vary depending on the governorate, and their exact value is shown on the payment page before confirming the order.

    Shipping is free for orders worth 10,000 EGP or more in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria.

    Delivery time

    Delivery within 7 to 10 working days depending on the governorate, excluding Friday, Saturday and official holidays.

    Our team will contact you before delivery to determine a suitable time.

    We offer delivery service daily except for Friday, Saturday and official holidays in the country.

    Important information about delivery

    • The applicant is required to sign a document acknowledging receipt of the purchases.
    • Laromba guarantees the safety of your order from theft and damage from the moment it leaves the factory until delivery. Laromba is not responsible for the product after the delivery receipt has been signed.
    • If you wish to cancel and exchange your order, please go to the Returns Policy page and follow the steps mentioned there.
    • Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, you must wait until it arrives and then proceed with the return process.
